The “Watermark Cottage Lifestyle” means spacious, independent, and on-the-go living coupled with the convenience of access to the myriad of services and amenities enjoyed by all residents of The Watermark at 3030 Park community.

Features of the cottages include a covered porch, single-car garage, upgraded appliances, open floor plan, and vaulted ceilings. This first group of cottages will be ready for occupancy by Summer 2008. When completed we’ll have a total of 14 new cottages on our 14-acre campus.

For those who can’t wait to join The Watermark at 3030 Park community, our “Live with Us Now” program lets you move into any of our available Tower apartments right away and when construction of your cottage is complete, we will move you to your new cottage home (at our expense, of course!). In addition, those who reserve early will have the opportunity to customize their cottages by making many of the interior design selections.

		The two-bedroom cottages are offered in two distinct floor plans. Features include a covered porch, single-car garage, upgraded appliances, open floor plan, and vaulted ceilings.
		Finishes include rich cobblefield stone veneer, stucco and simulated cedar siding walls. Roofs are covered with architecturally styled shingles. Windows are classic double hung designs with prairie style grilles and the buildings are enhanced with authentic cottage style beam projections and trim.
